Service Availability

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Protection against all potential security threats
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

Technical Requirements

  • Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • Stable internet connection
  • JavaScript enabled in your browser
  • Sufficient RAM for large file processing (minimum 512MB)

File Limitations

  • Maximum file size: 100MB per file (for free tier)
  • Maximum 50 files per batch processing session
  • Files are automatically deleted after 1 hour of processing

Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We are not liable for losses due to compromised accounts

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. This license expires immediately after processing is complete.

Local Processing Guarantee

All file processing happens locally in your browser. Your files never leave your device, and we do not store any of your data on our servers.

Data Collection

We collect minimal data necessary to provide and improve our service. For complete information, please review our Privacy Policy

  • Usage statistics (anonymous) to improve performance
  • Browser type and version for compatibility
  • Error logs to debug technical issues

No File Storage

  • Files are processed in real-time and never stored permanently
  • All temporary files are deleted within 1 hour
  • We cannot recover files after deletion
  • We recommend keeping local backups of important files

Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

User Responsibility

Termination by You

Termination by Us

  • Extended period of inactivity

Effect of Termination

  • Your right to use the service immediately ceases
  • Any pending files will be deleted
  • Sections regarding liability and intellectual property survive
